This is a cool Wellington Balboa branded flat advertising cigarette lighter for "Joe Di Cio Auto Sales" of Canonsburg Pennsylvania. "For A Better Buy in Guaranteed Used Cars" (VERY NICE DOUBLE-SIDED COLOR GRAPHICS) This rare lighter retains most all of its bright colors with normal wear from age (see pics). The chrome is bright and shiny but shows some corrosion (see pics). This unique piece appears to have been fired. Displays quite nicely.
