Marked England on the eyepieces, the Vickers Instruments badge is extant on the base, and there are markings that look like Vickers underneath as shown. I don\'t have any other detail otherwise.
The illuminator is in working condition.
The binocular mechanism is in working condition. The optics need general cleaning.
The adjusting joints are in working condition.
Aside from oxidation and cosmetic marks, this item has normal signs of age and previous use as shown.
The base measures 8\" wide x 8.5\" long
The vertical arm rises to 12\" off the bench
The horizontal arm reaches to about 12\" from the vertical arm on center to the end of the binoculars as shown
