This vintage Voos pocketknife is a must-have for any collector.This knife is a beautiful and unique piece!It has an abalone / mother of pearl handle,manual opening, plain edge blade of 1\",amofferextrous dexterity, so is perfect for left and right-handed users.It includes a keyring on the end,and stamped \"Voos USA\" on blade.Blade is probably carbon steel.Satisfying snap when closed.
Unsure of vintage. In my research, I found that Ernest Vooswas an immigrant from Germany who opened a shop in Connecticut in 1879,and began making pocketknives.It became the New Haven Hardware Specialty Company in 1919and the company ended in 1981.

This is in good, vintage condition.The abalone has a break on one side of handlebut is complete with no missing pieces.See pictures for further details.
