I’m pretty sure it’s a Sea Eagle Cap for two reasons. Its size. It’s very small with opening about 7.5” across. I found it with a Sea Eagle size uniform which will be listed soon.
Good to very good condition. A bit of stiffness to inner leather band. Wrinkles on tied part of outer band.
