Vintage 5 gallon metal gas can.

The can was originally red, but it was repainted olive drab green by Forrest Fenn.

The gas can was attached to Fenn’s 1953 M38-A1 army jeep for at least 30 years. I still own the jeep, and I recently replaced the gas can with one that is all original and closer to the vintage of the jeep itself.
