This is an original, vintage Zippo brand cigarette lighter with a engraved logo of the USS South Carolina(CGN-37) on one side, and silhouette of the ship on the opposite side. The South Carolinawas a California-class, nuclear-powered guided-missile cruiser in service with the US Navy from 1972 until 1999. Still in the original manufacturer\'s storage box, although the lid is mislabeled as \"key holder\". Has been handled but appears to be in unissued/unused condition. Box has some exterior wear from long-term storage in a collection.
