What you need to know about the response shipping and handling charges rating is, did the sellercharge a fair shipping cost or was it inflated to make a profit ontop of the selling price. Example if your item cost $10.00 to shipand you were charged $8.00 to $12.00 you should give a 5-star ratingfor shipping and handling charges since you were not overcharged.
