I bought this on about ten years ago after reading an enthralling book on planes. I paid a lot more than I’m asking. Planing looked like so much fun. But by the time I’d collected things to sharpen it, I’d lost momentum, and I never took this apart or cleaned it or tried to sharpen it or use it. If you are a collector, I know you will appreciate doing that yourself. Examine the photos carefully. There’s a little bit of rust on the bottom plate, in the back, but you know that’s easy to deal with. The handles aren’t split. There’s a little bit of paint splatter from years past that should come off easily.
