Overall, very good condition with a few stains. Fabric is crisp. I do not see any holes or tears. The stains on the blue parts are not very noticeable at all; I have photographed them in the last four photos. (They are on the front of the skirt part and near the hem.) There is one more noticeable rust-colored stain on the back of the collar which you can see in the photos.

Approximate measurements:

- Length from top of shoulder to bottom hem: 44.5" - Armpit to armpit: 22" - Shoulder to shoulder: 15.5" - Waist: 19" flat across the front (so about 38" around). The waist cincher makes this measurement smaller but is removable.
