Vintage Rosco Japan Knife with Shabby Sheath:

I believe the blade is made of carbon steel because I noticed a lot of pitting and discoloration. Handle also has some dents and dings but it is a good SOLID knife. Nothing moves and is nice and tight. Sheath is in rough shape.
