This light is very well constructed , heavy for its size and very rare. It has 2 brightness settings, and can be mounted on the wall ( wall mount on bottom as seen in picture). This light is in EUC and I have only ever seen 1 other like it with the telescopic arm, made in Japan.

Base is approx 4” at widest part, 7.5” tall when closed and extends to 15” when fully opened.
