R.O. Blechman is a famous illustrator, cartoonist, and graphic novelist, who did many covers for the New Yorker magazine. This postcard is a print of a New Yorker cover from April 29,1974. Depicts the NY Skyline as windmills. The skyline includes the Twin Towers. Postcard is in good shape, and has been stored in a photo album for many years.
