Vintage Quadrille “Zodiac" Pattern Upholstery-Tapestery Fabric 27x16" Piece:

Wow - this is a stunning piece of vintage Quadrille tapestry-woven styled upholstery fabric. The pattern is "Zodiac" in bold gold, red, yellow, black and brown. This piece measures approximately 26x16 and is serged on 3 sides; raw on one side. This was likely meant for use as an upholstery or very heavy drapery fabric - it's just beautiful. Origin was Italy; original retail was $257/yard.
The first pictures shows the entire piece; the 2nd is a close up of one area and the 3rd shows the reverse side of the fabric.Would be excellent used as a junk journal or book cover, small pillow or simply framed (which I do with many of my favorite fabrics.)
