Interesting piece by Van Houten likely from late 1800s or very early 1900s. Envelope is in okay shape. I haven't tried to flatten it out. There are some creases and some rips to the envelope where it folds over and seals. Otherwise, it's in fairly good condition for age. Colours are bright and envelope is intact. Please see photos. I have scanned the envelope at 2400 DPI so that will give the best depiction of condition. Smoke free home. 4.5" x 2.75"
