This lid fits a 1.5 quart casserole dish.The outer edge diameter is 7.5\".The inner lip diameter is 6.5\".It weighs 14.7 ouncesThere are 2 nicks: on on the underside of edge and 1 on the top of 1 handle.
Cosmetic Anomaly: When you hold the lid at an angle you can see a large oval shape that is a darker color than the rest (see last picture).
