I charge a flat 18.00 to pay for the PVC tubing and the very expensive shipping to get the rod to you in great condition. I provide insurance on any item over 100.00 dollars at no cost to you.Free shipping is in the lower 48 U.S. States only.I combine shipping whenever possible.
