Vintage 1960's Rock Collection Rough Specimens Stones Minerals Geology 70 Pieces BoxedSpecimens are from all over the world including Norway, Peru, Madagascar, Italy, and USA.A beautiful collection for students and rock hounds!Heavy, in original box weighing 4 pounds 11 ounces. All rocks are in one large box with partitions.The box measures 14" x 13.75" x 2" O.D. Most rocks have a note telling the name of the stone/mineral/gem, most say where they were from.Five ofthe stones have no identifying note in their slot in the box. One note is torn and is not in goodcondition. Some slots have more than one stone in it.Most are in their correct positionswith correct corresponding note - a couple may be in thewrong slot.Afew minerals are pulverized from ageand put in small baggies.Box is rough with small area of green paint near one corner (last photo).
