Nifty group of small brass items. Bell with sailboat is 5 1/2\" tall; the plate is 4\" wide for comparison with the others. The round 12 pronged/cup thingy is a mystery to me...I\'ve been trying to figure out what it is for years. If you know, can you let me know, please?
