This cutie had me scratching my head. I finally figured out that the inner ornate gold rim pops out so you can tuck a picture under it as the back is sealed. It may have had a small oval piece of plastic to protect the picture underneath. There is no hanger but one could be glued to the back.Please ask questions prior to offerding.
