Lithographed (not a paper label) tin container for Melba Bouquet Face Powder, showing a bouquet of flowers on the top of the tin. It does not say it is a sample, but the small size at 1 1/4" square x 5/8" high clearly proves it is a sample. Inside the tin, it still contains about 1/3 of its original face powder. It is rather a dark tin, and I think the photos look better than the tin. This is a hard sample to find and my tin is the only square sample Melba Face Powder on . Condition of the top and sides is very good, while the back with words describing the face powder and its uses has some marks.
