This is an original vintage (likely 1960s or \'70s) Markal king size \"Dura-Ink\" metal permanent marker with smelly black ink and a black plastic cap.With the cap on, the marker measures 5 3/8 inches long. While the marker still does write, as shown in my final photo, please note that this marker is being sold as a collectible, NOT as a functional product; it could easily be near or at the end of its functional life and could cease to write at any time.
Besides having an unknown--and potentially low--amount of usable ink, the marker is in fair cosmetic condition. The plastic cap screws on and off with little trouble, and both the cap and metal tube have noticeable wear. Also, as you can easily see in my photos, the metal tube has several instances of chipping, scratching, and nicks, lending a nice vintage patina to the marker.
