Vintage/MCM/1970\'s Extra Large INTERIOR DECORATOR Sample Brunschwig et Fils in a CHINOISIERIE pattern on medium-weight 100% LINEN.HUGE piece at the full width of 53\'\' including two 1\'\' wide blank white selvedges x 44 1/2\'\' long. Enough perhaps for a sofa/window seat, or several cushions front and back, or a whole buncha pillows. A table runner and placemats. Some wonderful Textile Art. As the kids say nowadays. like WHAT-ever.Marvelous unused condition in a medium weight pure Linen with a soft hand and finish. \'\'FADED\'\' look to the colors like an old Oriental Silk Wallpaper with people and animals all doing their thing in many shades of Soft Blues, Greens, Pinks, and Browns on White Linen in a Medium weight with great \'draping\' characteristics (which is expected as this fabric was used by my family\'s business as draperies).NOTE What might on first glance look like \'aging\'/\'rust\' spots are deliberately placed \'Brown spots\' to mimic aging as they are repeated.Excellent condition with NO issues.Last photo shows it with other same era fabrics in complimenting colors on offer separately this week.
