This is a verynice piece of memorabilia from a historical resort on Lake Okoboji, Iowa.Vacation Village was a family resort established by Hobart Ross in 1949 on theshore of West Okoboji Lake in Iowa. The Ross family operated the resort for 35years until it was purchased by another party and renamed Village West. According to Wikipedia, pictures and artifacts of Vacation Village are on display at the Iowa Great Lakes Maritime Museum.
