Old Kuna mola textile, with some of the fabric starting to deteriorate. Reverse appliqué technique; many lines and many colors! This one has a repeating pattern of the same shape. Don’t know whether the design is intended to be abstract or figurative. I did not see any added embroidery on this one. Not sure of its age; I purchased this panel at a local estate sale. Assume it is quite old, since the fabric is wearing away. Measures about 19” x 15”, larger than others I have listed recently. From a smoke-free home.
