This is a Vintage Imperial 4 1/2\" Folding Blade Fishing Knife. It has a knife blade and a fish scaling blade that has a hook remover on the end and a bottle opener. I think it has plastic handles that are in great shape. The knife blade does not look like it has ever been sharpened? Was manufactured in the USA. I have not cleaned this knife.
