Up for sale is one vintage Southern California, Huntington Valley Schwinn Cyclery historic flags graphic metal ruler. I believe these rulers were given out as advertising promotion back in the 80-90s and there are very few around still. The metal is still in great shape with only minor signs of usage wear and all the flag graphics are still in very sharp and look great.
