This hat I dont believe was ever worn. It has no signs such as stains or use. Most hats of this time period have a foam insulation inside of the them. This one did and it was very crumbled. I cleaned it out but there still may be remnants in some of the folds. See the before and after pictures last two pictures posted.

I am thinking this hat is closer to the 1980’s era. The emblem on the front is a heated type design rather than a sewn patch.
