This is a beautiful tapestry piece by Gobley made in France, depicting London, London or Tower Bridge and the River Thames and many period ships and boats on the moving water, dreamy sky and city.

It measures approximately 19-1/2 x 20 inches. Beautiful scene and colors. Fringed unfinished edges, may have a long thread here and there, not affecting the piece. One long thread loop noted on back , doesn’t appear to disrupt the tapestry design at all. I included a photo of it. Fold marks, can be stretched out.

Design around borders includes “ Made In France All Cotton Gobleys “ “London”
