No date ondish or box. This dish is UNUSED in original box. Marked a Wade Product. Dish shows lots of crazing from age and there is one spot where the glaze didn\'t take (see pic6). It measures 4.25\" across and weighs 3 ounces.

Comes in the original box (some wear from storage and taking dish out to show off).
