There is "How To Cut Glass Easily" instruction, printed on the back of the storage case.There is normal wear, and scuffing from age, use, storage and handling.Has six (6) scoring wheel settings all wheels spin.Wheel # 3 is in use position. Item appears to be in Very Good Vintage Preowned Working Condition with signs of use.
