In the 1970s I was designing clothing and traveled to NYC often. The first place I went to, every visit...was the Fiorucci store.I studied it intently, it was mind boggling to me and transformed and heavily influenced my fashion design at that time. I was inspired by a gold lame jean that they offered, and so I designed a full line of holiday apparel that was all gold lame, for 1978. It ended up selling quite well!This tin reminds me of those days, but it is time to downsize my collectibles and this needs to go. I probably purchased it in 1977.It has rust etc and the brighter pink color has faded to a very pale pinkish pink.Tin measures 6\" x 4 1/4\" x 1 3/4\"
