This is a great little velvet lined jewelry box perfect for anyone with some trinkets to store.Measuring about 7 7/8” by 6 1/2” and 1 3/4" high, the box is painted gold with a scalloped shaped top and an embossed pressed Florentine design in the wood.In the center is a reproduction of a classic masterpiece painting. The image is of the French socialite Madame Recamier by Francois Gerard.It opens on a hinge and has a nice velvet lined divided interior, perfect for some trinkets or jewelry. I estimate the states to the 1950s, possibly 1960s.

3 Sections in box with pull out drawer

7 1/2” x 6”

Drawer and top compartments are about 1/2” deep

In good preowned vintage condition, knob is broken off the drawer but everything else is in great vintage condition. No chips, marks, or damage.

Music box works well and is activated when drawer opens. However, I’m not quite sure what song it is playing.

Has authentication sticker on bottom of box.
