Vintage Euro Ceramica Sierra Olives Hand Painted Spain Set 4 - 6” Beautiful.

This is an amazingly beautiful set of 4 bowls from Euro Ceramica. Hand painted in Spain, the colors are vibrant and bright. No chips, cracks, scratches or wear. The pics do not do these bowls justice! These bowls have a textured olive and tree stem pattern. Golden yellow with earth tones of green, blue, terracotta, brown and creamy white. All with delicate brown speckles. Slightly raised, the pattern gives the bowls a 3 dimensional appeal and intrigue, not found with typical 2D flat patterns.

There is some very slight crazing on the outside of the bowls and it is very hard to see in the pics. In fact, I didn’t notice the crazing until I had bought them and looked at them in the sunlight. The bowls are vintage low-fire, hence the vibrant colors. Crazing of any degree is quite common in vintage china of this colorful kind. Don’t let them ever soak in soapy water over night!

Please, always hand wash and try to avoid very hot liquids… This will help to eliminate any further damage.

To preserve the inherent beauty in these bowls, only use for special occasions.
