Tested and it will heat water to 180 degrees but will not boil! Effectively can be used as a hot pot as-is. Someone with more knowledge may be able to get it to full working condition.

The cord is not the original cord as the original was completely dry-rotted and unusable. So that may have something to do with it.

It comfortably holds 2.5 measuring cups worth of liquid for using the percolator. If just using as a hot pot, it will hold closer to 4 cups.

Some expected scuffs and wear but overall is in great shape.
