This item is a vintage BOMAC JAN CBNQ 1B63A Waveguide Tube, made in U.S.A. and used as TR cell in radar systems where a single antenna is used for both transmitter and receiver. A TR Cell will protect the receiver from excessive power from the transmitter. The spec for the 1B63A : Frequency range 8490 to 9578MHzMax peak power 200kWIgniter voltage drop at 100µA DC 200 to 375VMax leakage power 40mW The device is 1.5\" long with WR-90 flanges at both ends.
