Offered is an antique Railroad item. It is a book titled \"Time Book Presented By The Benefit Association of Railway Employees.\" It is from 1927. The front cover features a black and white photo picture of the \"Home Office\" which was located at \"901 Montrose Avenue, Chicago, Illinois.\" This B.A.R.E Time Book has the Identification page filled out in pencil with a Railroad employee\'s information. This book explains the benefits of participating in B.A.R.E. and then has pages to record your money contribution to B.A.R.E., which this employee has done. Two pages have nice black and white photo pictures of the National President Robert A. Leitz and National Secretary Gordon M. Culver. The remainder of the book deals with \"Things We Should Know.\" This vintage Railroad book is in decent condition, but does have a lot of wear. The spine has a 2\" split from the top and a 1 1/2\" from the bottom of it. The pages have corner folds and some of the later pages have corner damage near the spine. This booklet measures about 6 3/4\" x 4\". A decent antique Railroad item to add to your collection.
