This listing is for a vintage/antique Joseph Smith & Sons razor. This piece would make for a lovely addition to any collector or enthusiasts rotation. The blade is a true wedge with a blade size just shy of 15/16. It is perfect for a close and precise shave. The blade has been cleaned, polished, and dressed in a set of hand-crafted buffalo horn scales with a wedge made from fossilized natural material. The scales have been given an engraving that reads \"The Old English Razor,\" similar to the ones found in vintage pressed horn scales. The blade does contain some pitting, but this doesn\'t compromise the edge or its ability to shave.

The edge was finished on a 12k Naniwa Superstone and stropped. This razor has been carefully restored and is shave-ready. Please view all pictures for further details.
