THIS ITEM IS----love this color etching, singed and title and number in pencil, Victor Valery, has old label on back, "PARIS WHT TOURNALLE'S QUAY AND THE BOOKSELLERS", you can see Notre Dame in the background, nicely framed, paper coming off in the back. spotting and stain on the matting, but the print is fine and lovely. nice. love the boy with the hoop.
