This appears to be used with instructions intact. There is significant wear to the envelope

I noticed some discoloration to the pattern pieces and also a tear / rip to an edge of one piece . See photos

This is an older pattern so is UNprinted. Each piece ( minus the binding ) has a perforated number on it to indicate which piece it is
