Vintage Cobalt Blue Schwinn Balloon Tire Fender.

They is wide a wide fender with ivory/ red pin stripes.

As you can see it is old and has lots of wear.

The mounting brackets are missing.

I think the original paint and patina looks great.

It also has an old decal.

I will leave that up to you if you want to remove it.

I also have a black pair in my other listings.
