Beautiful Vintage Ardalt Importing Blue Porcelain Greek Mythology Scene Decorative Plate. The plate depicts Eros/Cupid with two others seated at a table. Plate is a light blue with subjects depicted in white and with gold gilded edge and stars. It is said this is Ardalt’s imitation of Wedgewood but it has a gloss finish. Plate is made for home decor purposes and has holes on the back for a wall hanger. This decorative piece is in good vintage condition with minor signs of age. There is some very minor wear of gilt/finish and a faint discoloration toward the upper left side of plate. No chips, cracks or crazing observed. Please see photos for more details.
