This listing is for a excellent condition near new Velocity Systems APC plate carrier in size medium and in Multicam. No cummerbund is included. This will fit SAPI or Swimmer plates in size Small or Medium. No armor will be included. What you see is what you will get.

Seller is not responsible for any injuries/serious bodily injuries/death due to the use of this plate carrier. The plate carrier is sold purely for collector\'s purposes.

All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail to CONUS only. No international sales. I have other similar items in my other sales so please check them out!
