Metal Art sculpture, candle holder - is made of heavy metal with iridescent reflections.

Measures: 9 1/4 tall

Base is 5\" X 5 12/\"

The top is 4 1/2\" Diameter

Very solid piece, some oxidation and scratches on the bottom. I am not sure how to clean this kind of metal. please review pictures.
