This is for a NEW vintage Russ Berrie #13186 \"Happy Birthday Man\" by artist Doug Harris resin figurine without the box. It has a UPC code 039915131868 and is 8\" tall. It is in mint condition, still has the hang tag It is hand painted and manufactured by Russ Berrie in China.
It was obtained directly from a community drug store that was also a gift store.
We do not ship internationally. Full refund offered if you purchase, but you will need to pay the return shipping cost and the box and contents must be in the same condition as it was when shipped to you. This is truly vintage, becoming harder to find, especially new and in the factory box. Photos are of the actual item, not stock photos.
