As consistent with age and presumed use, there is a little wear on the bottom padding on each bookend. Very nice condition overall. Please see pics for details.

Gordon & Jane Martz designed lamps, tables, dishes, bookends and more for Jane’s family business. Jane’s grandmother started by painting lampshades in her home. After adding lamp bases to her repertoire, she opened Marshall Studios. When Gordon and Jane were married after graduating from New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University in 1951, they were invited to bring their design expertise to Marshall Studios in Veedersburg, Indiana.
