ITEM:VTG Lladro “Through The Clouds” Hot Air Balloon With Cats Figurine Damaged As Is (Approximate Measurements - Height 9 1/4\", Other measurements see photos)

CONDITION:Item physically has minimal vintage wear. Minor scuffs, marks and discoloration is present from storage and use (specifically the underside). The hot air balloon is damaged where it attaches to the base of the figurine (we believe all the way through) and is being held on by the chains. The item is still capable of being displayed as it\'s suppose to, but the hot air balloon is not secure (see close up photos). Looked item over and no other noticeable issues are seen.
