This item has never been out of its box. I did open the box to make sure that the item was inside. The box has mild damage. No chips or cracks noted on the water tower.
The items come from a smoke free and pet free temperature controlled environment. The Estate owner collected items and the vast majority of them were rarely if ever removed from their boxes. If you see a box and styrofoam in the pictures, the item will come with its original box/packaging. Some items also may have certificates of authenticity and if they do, you will see a picture of them. Many of the boxes have scuff marks and imperfections which you can see in the pictures.This comes from an estate collection that can only be defined as incredible. The Estate owner collected hundreds, if not thousands, of different types of collectibles but particularly Norman Rockwell and Dept. 56 items.
