It has some visible marks, scratches, and dings from previous use and having been in storage for some time. It could use a light cleaning. The wheels are bent and do not sit straight. The stopper on the bottom side is missing. There is no visible label or brand that we could find. It measures approximately 7 1/4\" tall, 6 1/2\" long, 3 1/4\" wide.
