VINTAGE Cherokee NATIVE AMERICAN Honeysuckle Vine SPLINT 2 Tone Dyed 6\" BASKET This is a very nicely classic handmade Honeysuckle Vine & Splint Basket by the Cherokee Tribe. The shape and small size is great and is a nice classic example of this type of basket- it is antique /vintage -perhaps from the 1950s-1980s-although we are not sure. It is made of 2 hues of honeysuckle vine (one may have been stained or dyed)- which gives it a very nice look. The basket is in very nice condition and is a smaller sized basket. See all photos for your review of condition. It measures approx 3\" tall to rim and approx 6.5\" to top of handle. It measures approx. 4.5\" diameter at base and approx 6\" diameter at top rim. This will make a very nice addition to your Basket Collection .
