estate item (silent key), this model is shown on Radiomuseum I'll be uploading some photos of this exact radio to the museum. the batteries had leaked, so I removed them (there is a 6 volt 4-AA cell holder) and powered the radio from my bench supply at 6VDC. once you get the radio working right, a replacement battery pack is cheap (there are some on ) or you can use a USB (5V) system or just use the external power supply jack. RadioMuseum dates this radio as 1967 to 1969.
I sealed the damaged battery holder in plastic (see last photo) and put it back inside the radio.
Note to me: near bin 8 in computer hutch I normally ship within 24hours of your order, but the post office does not alwaysinitiate tracking when Iput the packages in the drop off box.
